Client Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services according to client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Manage client expectations and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle client feedback and complaints, working to resolve any issues to the client’s satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service procedures and policies.
- Support the sales team in upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
